Case Keenum knows that there have been a lot of changes for the Houston Texans over the years, and it cannot be denied he likes the new groove that the team has seen with Steffon Diggs for quite some time, especially his hunger for winning in the game at this point.

Steffon Diggs has been one of the highly-coveted wide receivers in the game over the years, and yet, his biggest wins have come with the Texans at this point. One can even say that his biggest pass came from Case Keenum, and that is why fans can even say that Diggs has definitely enjoyed the company of the impressive QB in the squad.

So far, Diggs has seen nine years of impressive games, and he has played alongside the likes of CJ Stoud and Josh Allen, but it cannot be denied that his time with Keenum has definitely made him one of the best QBs in the game so far. After all, it is his tandem with Keenum that made him one of the formidable talents in the game as a reliable passer and playcaller.

Thriving with Keenum

Diggs has played a long time in the game for various teams. But it is worth noting that Keenum has also played alongside him during the latter’s time with the Minnesota Vikings and the Buffalo Bills. Fans have seen the “Keenum to Diggs” plenty of times and has been quite a spectacle to watch at this point in time.

"I played with him in 2017 and in 2022, I saw a big jump in experience there," said Keenum, looking back at his time with Diggs over the years. "In just a couple years too, I think even more experience.”

After six years, Keenum and Diggs have been reunited in Houston, and it does seem that they are expected to be locked in for a promising campaign in the years to come. In those years, Diggs has already become a more experienced star with a genuine touch on his game as a four-time Pro Bowler.

So far, it is even expected that the duo would be entering the season with a lot of hype in their games. After all, we have seen how they have thrived with one another, and it does seem that it will translate well to a promising run in this campaign.

Hunger in Winning

Keenum was impressed by the fact that Diggs’ hunger remains intact ever since they have played in the previous years. Minnesota’s power duo has been cemented in history, and it cannot be denied that even Diggs’ experience in the playoffs has made him more aggressive and determined to win big on the big stage.

"I see a guy that is hungry for more," Keenum, said of Diggs’ hunger for winning in the game. "He has been there, he has tasted it, he doesn't just want to get there, he wants to win it. He is putting in the time, putting in the effort, he is being himself with us and it is fun to see."

After all, both of them have been to the playoffs over the years. Considering the fact that they have made it to the wild card, divisional, and championship rounds of the postseason, it is clear that there is one more goal left to fulfill at this point in time. Houston is glad to have the power duo back together, and it does seem that there are high expectations in their performances soon.
