We have opened our doors to a whole range of social casinos in recent weeks, and here we are again, all set to open our doors (and our hearts!) to yet another social casino that is seeking our approval. But if you have been keeping watch over our exploits, you will not fail to notice that the vast number of social casinos have gotten our much-awaited seal of approval – with some notable exceptions, of course. And now, the latest social casino on the list is waiting to be assessed. Goldslips is the newest name in the social casino game, and if you, like us, are eager to find out the best of the best, then you would know that Goldslips has started to turn more than a few heads.
So what is it about Goldslips that has caught our eye? Its supporters point out that Goldslips has a Goldslips social casino no deposit bonus that is worth checking out, and others say that it’s got a whole list of exciting new games. We’re undoubtedly on the edge of our seats, because if it is true that Goldslips has a no deposit bonus, how big is it compared to other social casino greats out there? So comes the biggest question of them all: is Goldslips social casino no deposit bonus too good to be true? Let’s set these rumors to rest and learn all about the real deal.
Goldslips: an overview
One great thing we’ve seen from the get-go – and which we appreciate – is Goldslips’ supposed transparency. It is run and operated by Rubystone Gold LLC, and the website is play.goldslips.com. Once you enter the site, you will be welcomed by a huge Goldslips banner in gold (of course!), and the throng of games that Goldslips has to offer. Scroll downwards, and you will then see the Rules of Play, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and even a Responsible Gaming page along with a Contact form. All this signals that Goldslips is above-board, and it has nothing to hide. In other words, everything is out in the open, and there are no suspicious-looking elements.
If you want to sign up or register, you can go to the upper-right corner where you will see a ‘Log in’ icon. You can choose to log in or sign up with Google, but when we pressed ‘Log in,’ we were immediately surprised because it did not direct us to a form or anything in particular – until we noticed that the platform isn’t up and running yet! So your best bet is to sign up using any Google account, or just wait for the platform to be fully operational.
Once again, we would like to say that the site is still in full testing mode, so it’s a little bit hard to see what it really has to offer its players. But thankfully, there were a few hints here and there, such as the aforementioned games. Also, the platform was quick to say that it is simply a social casino that offers its games for entertainment and enjoyment, and that you are not required to make a purchase or payment in order to participate. Here it is in bold font, for all the world to see:
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.
This was expressly stated by Goldslips itself on the Rules of Play on the website, and we can say that it gave us a good impression. Still, there are other matters to consider, such as if there is truth to the Goldslips social casino real money element - as of now, we have no detailed information yet. In truth, we aren’t quite sure how the platform really works, so it’s still too early to decide on Goldslips’ fate. That said, here’s the other stuff we gathered.
How Goldslips works
Yes, all social casinos have a system, and it sets forth the fundamentals of that social casino. And, just like other social casinos in the same network, Goldslips runs on virtual currency called Fun Coins and Gold Slips.
Gold Slips and Fun Coins
As we mentioned, Goldslips runs on two major currencies, much like the Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins you’ll find at most other social casinos in the US. The first type of currency are referred to as Fun Coins, and these are the primary or standard coins at Goldslips. You can get your fair share of Fun Coins through coin bundles or packages or through bonuses, such as the Goldslips social casino no deposit bonus, and there’s plenty of these coins to go around, so there’s no need for you to worry about acquiring them. You can use your Fun Coins to play the various games at Goldslips, but as you may already know, these Fun Coins are just for entertainment, nothing more. They have no intrinsic value and cannot be exchanged for any real prizes.
But this is where Gold Slips come in, because they are just like Sweeps Coins found in other social casino sites. If you already have a fair idea of how Sweeps Coins operate, then it’s just the same for Gold Slips. You can redeem them for real-world cash or prizes, but you will not be able to buy Gold Slips, and you can only earn them through gifts or bonuses. For instance, when you purchase a Fun Coin package, you may be able to get Gold Slips for free. The same goes when you win a competition, challenge, or promo – you may get Gold Slips as well.
When you have acquired a sufficient amount of Gold Slips (sources tell us that you need about 100 Gold Slips which you also need to play through once, but this information is still subject to change once the site becomes fully operational), you can request for a redemption of your acquired Gold Slips in exchange for real prizes, including cash.
The bonuses at Goldslips
Now, the rumor is that Goldslips will give a generous welcome bonus, but again, we can’t confirm this for sure until the platform is live and you have entered the site using the Goldslips social casino sign up. What we do know, however, is that there is a 100% match offer when you purchase a $5, $10, or even $20-coin bundle. There’s a special promo code for this as well, which is simply HELLO. But again, at the moment, there’s no word yet on whether there will be a Goldslips no deposit bonus or a welcome bonus. But if Goldslips social casino were to follow the trend, we think there will be a hefty welcome bonus for new players, especially since the welcome bonus has already become a standard at most social casinos.
There are other bonuses that we are eagerly awaiting at Goldslips, such as a referral bonus, a VIP loyalty rewards program, game promos, and a mail-in bonus – all of these are already a given in today’s most popular social casinos.
As you can clearly see, the only bonus that we’ve seen so far at Goldslips is the purchase offer bonus. But we have high hopes for this social casino, and it’s still early days, after all, so who knows what it has in store for the future?
The games at Goldslips
The games often seal the deal for a lot of players, and we are no exception. The game selection doesn’t just have to be high quality – they also have to be diverse and highly entertaining. When you first enter the platform, don’t be surprised at the seemingly small number of game titles. We believe that it is just the beginning of the list of games at Goldslips, and there’s more to come once the platform fully opens. That said, we were also somewhat impressed with the assortment of games, because there are a few unique titles that caught our attention. These were games like Gem Booster and Nights of Romance, but there are other games which also caught our eye, such as Sunken Treasures, Temple of the Jaguar Guardian, Aces High Stud, Candy Cash Spin, and Jack’s Wild Nightmare.
In one review, it said that Goldslips has about 40 slot games along with a number of table games, but there is no way we can confirm this. We’d like to stick with what we can see with our own eyes, and so far, the previously mentioned games are what we see on the Goldslips platform.
Other noteworthy facts at Goldslips
There are other facts about Goldslips that are worth noting, and here’s what you need to know:
- It doesn’t yet specify the kind of banking options it uses so you can purchase the coin bundles, but we’re hoping that there are standard options like credit cards and an e-wallet or two.
- For customer support, Goldslips casino is also somewhat vague, and as of now, the only customer support option we see is an email form at the website itself that allows you to get in touch and submit any concerns you may have. Obviously, there is no telephone, direct email, or live chat option - yet.
- As mentioned before, there is no indication yet what kind of bonuses or promotional offers you can get at Goldslips, but there is a 100% Match purchase offer if you buy a coin bundle worth $5, $10, or $20. We’re guessing that Goldslips will release more information on its bonuses and promotions when the site has officially launched.
- There is no downloadable app mentioned on Goldslips, but we believe it is just like other social casinos in its genre which don’t have their own dedicated app. But it is a responsive platform, which means you can access it on both your mobile and desktop browser without any glitches, and its mobile site will be just the same as its desktop site.
- Right now, there don’t seem to be any other games on the list at Goldslips except for slot games, although there are some reviews stating that there are other games available, such as poker (Deuces Wild, Caribbean Poker, and Aces High Stud), a variation of blackjack, and American roulette. Goldslips doesn’t seem to have any live dealer games at the moment.
Is Goldslips legit?
Once again, we don’t have too much information or details to go on, except to say that, as you probably already know by now, social casinos don’t need a license to operate in the United States. There is no indication of which states Goldslips social casino will be accessible, but as long as you are over 18, you will really have no issues accessing the site. From all indications, it looks like Goldslips is a trustworthy and secure, fully legal site owned by Rubystone Gold LLC, and it also abides by the rules regarding social sweepstakes casinos in the United States. Of course, all these can change, so your best bet is to check the website or platform when it finally opens to the general public so you can confirm the platform’s legitimacy.
We like that Goldslips has a Responsible Gaming page on its website, which shows that Goldslips understands the risks associated with this kind of gameplay (even though it’s not a real-money casino). It states that it has several control measures and tools that players can make use of if they believe they need a break.
Overall, even though there wasn’t too much information at the moment at Goldslips, the information we did find served to set our minds at ease about this new platform. Granted, it is not yet operational and our minds may change once it starts running, but we’ll get to it when it happens. For now, though, there’s no indication that Goldslips isn’t what it says it is, so we’ll stick to our guns and tell you that Goldslips is exactly what it seems: a social sweepstakes casino that is all set to carve a niche for itself in the vast and seemingly never-ending social casino universe.
