Afterward, you will be asked to input your address as well as your mobile number, create a specific username, and confirm. As previously discussed, Vegas Gems offers bonuses and rewards which you can avail of everyday, and you have a lot of games to choose from, but most are slot titles with a smattering of mines and crash games. As for customer support, this is where Vegas Gems scored a lower rating than most. Why, you may ask? For one, Vegas Gems doesn’t seem to have any live chat feature to speak of (they might have added one after we wrote the review, but we’re guessing not yet). Also, the platform doesn’t have a phone number you can contact. It only has basic email support, which you can get in touch with at support@vegasgems.com. But let us mention this as well: even though the options for customer support are lacking, Vegas Gems was quick to respond to our email query – in fact, it took them just minutes to reply, and the representative was knowledgeable and eager to help, so kudos to them.
