Although the hotel at Gun Lake Casino is still under construction, there is a wide variety of other hotel properties accessible nearby - there are indeed many hotels near Gun Lake Casino, such as The Holiday Inn Express Hastings, Baypointe Hotel, and Comfort Suites South. In fact, Gun Lake Casino proudly presents its hotel partners that include Bay Pointe Inn, Comfort Suites, and Baymont Inn & Suites. Guests who stay at any of these accommodations can benefit from promotions and discounts. For example, the Bay Pointe Inn offers $15 off for any Gun Lake Casino rewards club cardholder. In addition, Comfort Suites provides a 10% discount to GLC cardholders, and Baymont Inn & Suites also offers just $97 for a standard room with king or queen beds for any member of GLC rewards as well.

But in March of 2025, guests can already stay in the Gun Lake Casino hotel – a 4-star hotel right in the center of all the action boasting a total of 252 hotel rooms.

Spa

Gun Lake Casino doesn’t have a spa yet – but patrons are also eagerly waiting for the spa, set to open in spring, 2025, which is guaranteed to offer a whole host of services, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, and other treatments. Incidentally, for those looking for Gun Lake Casino jobs, there are many regularly updated openings.

Parking

Parking at Gun Lake Casino is completely free to all the guests. The oversized parking slots could be found at the casino’s northeast side, and the oversized parking can even accommodate large recreational vehicles (RVs), semis, campers, and trailers. If you are staying overnight, you can get a permit from the Rewards Center. All guests with a Gun Lake Casino rewards card and a valid photo ID can acquire a permit, which is valid for 24 hours.

Dining

For dining, Gun Lake Casino has an array of options, from the famous Harvest Buffet for casual celebrations to fine dining at the Shkode Chophouse and intimate gatherings at CBK. Restaurant

Harvest Buffet

The Harvest Buffet is probably the most popular restaurant at Gun Lake Casino, and it is filled with continental and American favorites in a buffet setting. This Gun Lake Casino buffet also features Asian cuisine, Mexican dishes, Italian specialties, and so much more. You can contact Harvest Buffet to make a reservation, especially for groups, at (269) 792 7777. It is open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for both lunch and dinner starting at 12pm to 4pm (Fridays at 3pm) and 4pm to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays and until 8pm on Thursdays and Sundays.

Harvest Buffet is also known for its promos, such as all-you-can-eat crab legs every Friday and Sunday as well as a prime rib and shrimp dinner every Saturday (promotions can change without prior notice). For the whole month of November (2024), diners can also take advantage of the Fall Harvest Feast, and on the 28th of November, guests can also celebrate Thanksgiving with a full Holiday Buffet from 12pm to 9pm.

Shkode Chophouse

Another popular dining establishment which has only recently opened at Gun Lake Casino is Shkode Chophouse, which offers delectable steak and seafood specialties. Shkode means fire in the Pottawatomi dialect, and it features delicious flame-grilled dishes. The restaurant also has a bar that has skilled and creative mixologists along with a curated wine selection and a bourbon and whiskey selection. Shkode is open on Wednesday and Thursday (5pm to 10pm) and Friday to Saturday (5pm to 11pm) as well as Sunday from 3pm to 8pm. The attire is business casual and reservations are heavily encouraged. You can call or make a reservation online through the Gun Lake website. Must-tries are the Jumbo Lump Crabcake, the Shkode Steak Burger and the Snake River Farms Wagyu.

CBK

CBK, which stands for Craft Bar Kitchen, serves bar chow and draft beers (they have a self-serve beer wall). But guests can also enjoy craft cocktails along with appetizers and entrees. CBK is open on Monday to Thursday starting from 11am to 10pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 8am to 12am, and Sundays from 8am to 10pm. It serves breakfast from Friday to Sunday. Reservations are also encouraged, and you can also reserve through the GLK website online. Among the specialties, we highly recommend the Barbacoa Beef Tacos and the All-Day-Breakfast menu, especially the Corned Beef Scramble and Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs.

131 Sports Bar & Lounge

The 131 Sports Bar & Lounge is Gun Lake Casino’s very own sportsbook, and patrons can wager on their favorite sports and matches while watching exciting sports games. Of course, patrons can also relax with some beers and other alcoholic beverages and snacks. The minimum age for admittance at events is 21, unless stated otherwise. The bar is also the setting of spectacular Gun Lake Casino events such as bands, DJs, and watch parties. The bar and lounge is open every Monday and Thursday from 5pm to 11pm, on Friday from 5pm to 12am, and on Saturday to Sunday from 11am to 12am and 11pm, respectively. If you want some classic pub grub, don’t forget to try the fried pickles and the New York-style pizzas, along with the German chocolate cake!

Shopping

When it comes to shopping, you can shop at the Gun Lake Casino Gift Shop, otherwise known as the Appliques Gift Shop, which sells seasonal items as well as souvenirs and gifts, from hats to hoodies and unique items made in Michigan. It also has some tribal items along with jewelry and other exclusive goods. Don’t forget to shop with your Gun Lake Casino rewards card to benefit from some great discounts. You can also visit Jackson’s English & Western Store, which has the biggest collection of cowboy boots in Michigan.

Active Events

The active events and entertainment scene come alive at Gun Lake Casino at CBK and 131 Sportsbar & Lounge, where there are shows lined up every month. For instance, during the month of October, Gun Lake Casino upcoming events include the Hairbanger’s Ball at 131 Sportsbar on October 25, and at CBK, DJ Armando will perform, also on October 25. There is also a ‘free watch party’ at 131 Sportsbar for the UFC 308, and other events such as musicians, artists, and bands all throughout the month. Acts like The Soul Syndicate, DJ Ron E Roc, Risque, Brena, and Drew Behringer, among many others, are scheduled to perform every weekend. 131 Sportsbar also plays host to watch parties, such as Detroit vs. San Francisco, Detroit vs. Buffalo, the B10 Championship, and Michigan State vs. Purdue.
