Guest Services at Ballys Atlantic City
The Bally’s Atlantic City hotel & casino is a premier hotel and facility which has five-star amenities and facilities for each guest. Every guest at Bally’s Atlantic City is treated superbly, and the hotel at Bally’s has a total of 1,100 rooms and suites, with each hotel room and suite having free WiFi, amenities like a refrigerator and safe, and access to the pool, fitness center, and room service. There are a good number of rooms and suites at Bally’s, and these are all spread out across three main towers: Bally’s Tower, Garden Tower, and Dennis Tower. Every tower provides either a double bed or king bed and guests can choose rooms with ocean views.
Bally’s Tower
Bally’s Tower hotel rooms include Tower Classic Rooms, which are new and have flat-screen TVs, a mini-fridge, an in-room safe, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, an alarm clock, a work desk and phone, and a coffee maker. You can also choose to stay in the Bally’s Tower Junior Suite, which has all the amenities mentioned above plus an ocean or city view. There are also Bally’s Tower Ocean Rooms, which are also new and equipped with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Dennis Tower
At the Dennis Tower, guests can take advantage of the Classic Rooms, where you can opt for two double beds or one king-sized bed. Aside from the usual amenities like HDTVs/flat-screen TVs, there are also ADA accommodations in select rooms, such as wider doorways, wheelchair accessibility, lowered toilets, peepholes, sinks, grab bars, and more. The Dennis Tower also has Deluxe Rooms offering small tables with chairs as well as Ocean Rooms with gorgeous ocean views.
Garden Tower
The Garden Tower at Bally’s Atlantic City has its own Classic Rooms, and these consist of low-key accommodations with walk-in showers and the standard amenities mentioned above. There are also ADA accessible rooms at the Garden Tower.
Suites
As mentioned, you can also stay in one of Bally’s suites, and these new signature suites have the best of the best facilities, including dining and sitting areas, custom rainfall showers, pool tables, fireplaces, wet bars, and freestanding soaking tubs. You can stay in one of the 112 corner deluxe rooms or Junior Suites located in the Bally Tower, which also feature a separate area for seating plus bay or ocean views. The 16 Penthouse-Style Suites are all found on the 45th to 48th floor. They include the above-mentioned wet bars, dining alcoves, custom rainfall showers, and spectacular, clean, modern furnishings.
Other room amenities include a sofa bed, premium bath products, and WiFi. In the suites, you can additionally find bathrobes, a turndown service, and jetted bathtubs in select rooms.
Spa
The Spa at Bally’s offers a whole assortment of treatments, including Swedish massages, hot stone massages, therapeutic massages, and deep tissue massages. You can also get chair, foot, and scalp massages. The treatment options at The Spa include beach massages at The Beach Bar on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm to 9pm (seasonal). Fitness Center and Pool
Both the pool and the fitness center at Bally’s Atlantic City are at the same location and you can access them from Thursdays to Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Be reminded that both the pool and fitness center is only for adults. There is also an outdoor bar at the pool, but it is seasonal. There is no lifeguard on duty, so guests are advised to be careful and swim at their own risk. There is an indoor seating area as well, and the pool is heated.
Parking
Parking at Bally’s Atlantic City is free when you earn a total of 10 Bally Bucks. Alternatively, you can also have free Bally’s Atlantic City parking if you are a Star, Superstar, or Legend Bally Rewards member. In addition, Bally’s offers a self-parking garage. On the other hand, if you would like valet parking services, these are also available from Thursday to Sunday at 12 noon onwards. Parking fees can range from $10 to $25, depending on the day and hour.
Dining
There are several dining options for hotel guests and visitors to Bally’s Atlantic City. For fine dining options, you can choose from Park Place Prime to Macau Kitchen and Jerry Longo’s Meatballs & Martinis. For casual dining, you can go to The Yard (seasonal), Dunkin’ Donuts, Johnny Rockets, Sack O’ Subs, and Casino Café & Grille. Conversely, you can also opt for room service, which is available every Friday from 5pm to 1am, Saturday from 7am to 1pm and 5pm to 1am, and Sunday from 7am to 1pm. Note that the schedule for room service on Sundays is subject to change. You can dial room service through the room phone or scan the QR code in the room.
The establishments that serve breakfast are Dunkin’ Donuts, and it is also open 24/7. Meanwhile, the Casino Café & Grille is also open at 8am for breakfast. Johnny Rockets and Sack O’ Subs also serve breakfast beginning at 10:30am every day.
Happy Hour
If you are looking for happy hour, there are two main establishments offering Happy Hour drinks and cocktails: Park Place Prime from 4pm to 6pm at the bar and lounge, and Phil’s Carousel Bar (New Jersey’s one and only rotating bar), which holds Happy Hour specials from Sundays to Fridays from 3pm to 5pm. Happy Hour drinks with discounts at the Carousel Bar include half-price off on Tito’s Vodka, Jack Daniel’s, Bombay Gin, and more. It also has $2 off on draft beers such as Miller Lite and Blue Moon.
Restaurants
As mentioned earlier, Bally’s Atlantic City lets you start the day in fine form with an array of restaurants serving breakfast, from Casino Café & Grille to Johnny Rockets and Dunkin’ Donuts. At Casino Café & Grille, which opens at 8am, you can delight in familiar breakfast favorites reminiscent of a good ol’ American diner. Dunkin’ Donuts, another outlet with which we are all familiar, also serves breakfast, and in fact, it is open 24/7. Sack O’ Subs has bagels, pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches starting from 10:30am onwards, and Johnny Rockets serves up some comfort food starting at 10:30am as well. Room service also serves breakfast at 7am on weekends.
Beach Bar and The Yard/Phil’s Carousel Bar
Bally’s Atlantic City is also famous for its Beach Bar, which is seasonal. It is currently closed for the season, but it’s open during the summer. In the meantime, The Yard, which is also famous, is a beer garden-style venue that offers live entertainment, craft cocktails, and a gastro pub menu. It is located at Bally’s Courtyard, just a few steps away from the Boardwalk. Phil’s Carousel Bar, on the other hand, is open 24/7, and it offers signature cocktails such as Saltwater Taffy, Funnel Cake, Cotton Candy, and more.
The Yard is Bally’s Atlantic City’s most popular hangout, and there is always something going on, whether there’s a local band or a famous DJ spinning the tunes. The Yard is also a popular location for gatherings, events, conventions, and meetings all through the year.
Park Place Prime
Park Place Prime is the newest steakhouse on the block, and it features the most delectable gourmet cuisine and hand-cut prime steaks. It also has a private dining area that can accommodate up to 30 guests. Park Place Prime is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays at 4pm to 9pm, except on Fridays and Saturdays, where it closes at 10. Don’t forget to try the Steak Tartare – a to-die for appetizer that has capers, quail eggs, Dijon, and of course, steak on a toasted brioche bun. Other must-tries include the classic French onion soup and the prime tomahawk steak with truffle fries and bacon-roasted Brussels sprouts.
Macau Kitchen
Macau Kitchen is a newly opened restaurant within Bally’s Atlantic City, and it has an Asian theme. Diners can choose from several small plates and dishes inspired by different regions in Asia, and the menu also includes yummy rice and noodle bowls such as Beef Pho, Seafood, Brisket, and Udon Noodles. The menu also features old-time favorites like spring rolls, dumplings, and sweet and sour chicken. Macau Kitchen is open on Sundays from 12pm to 11pm, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 10pm, and on Fridays from 2pm to 2am and Saturdays from 12pm to 2am.
Jerry Longo’s Meatballs & Martinis
Longo’s, as it is fondly referred to, offers premium Italian specialties and comfort food. The eatery has long been favored by celebrities and athletes, who frequent Longo’s because of its special antipasto menu that features meats and delectable hand-pulled mozzarella. Some must-tries include spaghetti & meatballs, meatball salad, and pizza al taglio. Longo’s is open on Fridays and Saturdays at 5pm to 10pm, on Sundays from 4pm to 9pm, and on Mondays from 5pm to 9pm.
Casino Café & Grille
The Casino Café & Grille serves breakfast and lunch every day, and it is known for its comfort fare. It is on the 6th floor of Bally’s and offers American classics and favorites such as grilled cheese sandwiches, turkey club sandwiches, burgers, and cheesesteaks.
Johnny Rockets
Bally’s Atlantic City also has Johnny Rockets, which is known for its Angus burgers and bacon as well as its milkshakes. Its 50s diner appeal is always a hit with guests and visitors. Johnny Rockets’ operating hours are from 10:30am to 12am every day of the week except Fridays, when it closes at 1am.
Shopping
For shopping, you can visit the Bally’s Boutique Gift Shop. It’s open on Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 11pm and Fridays to Saturdays from 9am to 1:30am. It is where you can buy designer apparel, accessories, candy, snacks, spirits, beer, and wine. It is located at the lobby of the hotel.
Alternatively, you can also go to the shops on the Playground Pier on One Atlantic Ocean or the Tanger Outlets in Atlantic City.
Active Events
If you’re looking for entertainment and active events at Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City, look no further than The Yard and Bally’s Beach Bar, which provide seasonal entertainment. There is also Bally’s Showroom on the website, which is a premier spot for great nightlife, especially for those who are looking for live music, comedy acts, DJs, and performers. For venues that host events throughout the year, you can always visit the Carousel Bar and Jerry Longo’s Meatballs & Martinis. Phil’s Carousel Bar offers 360-degree views of the hotel lobby and casino, and it also has a 24-seat elevated rotating bar that makes you feel like you are on a carousel, hence the bar’s name.
This October of 2024, for instance, Park Place Prime is the ultimate venue for Atlantic City Restaurant Week. Bally’s also plays host to a spectacular casino event, the $125,000 Pick a Porsche Giveaway on October 18 and 19. In the meantime, guests and visitors can also attend the $250,000 Sweepstakes Drawing on October 26, and they can visit The Yard for an unforgettable Halloween party titled Halloween at the Yard on October 26. Dress Code
While most of the establishments at Bally’s Atlantic City are not strict with regards to dress codes, we found that one establishment, Park Place Prime, Bally’s fine dining steakhouse, calls for business casual attire. But at the rest of the casino and hotel, casual attire will do.
